When will I receive my order?

Since VIBE is a one-person operation, there are often significant delays with packaging and shipping. If you'd like to know your order status, you can email us and we will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible. General updates are posted on Twitter.

You will receive an email once your order is shipped. If after 10 days of shipping, you have not received an order, we will be able to offer either a replacement or a refund. 

What should I do if I entered the wrong address or if I have moved?

You can email us with any corrected or updated information and we will update our records, unless your order has already been shipped.
